Salary: £40,398 - £42,417 per annum (DOE), plus London allowance £3,217

System Support Officer - The Role:
As part of the Business Applications and Data Team you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical applications, predominantly SharePoint and MS Teams. An understanding of CRM would be beneficial or willingness to learn. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders and vendors to ensure M365 technologies meet the needs of the business and align with organisational goals.
System Support Officer - Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft collaboration tools, providing technical guidance and decision-making support
- Develop and implement AI strategies, including Microsoft Copilot, in collaboration with IT and senior stakeholders
- Manage and optimise SharePoint, ensuring seamless integration with Power Automate, Power Apps, and third-party application
- Support and train users on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365, resolving technical issues and enhancing adoption
- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, focusing on SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Teams to improve efficiency and governance
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive collaboration and digital transformation
System Support Officer - You:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online Design, and Administration
- Experience working with M365 collaboration as SharePoint Administrator role and Teams Administrator
- Managing a SharePoint Online tenant, provisioning site collections, managing access, configuring features, configuring search, creating and managing content types, lists, libraries, metadata, workflows. Experience with integrating Microsoft Teams and SharePoint with other Microsoft services and third-party tools
- Ability to translate technical concepts into information that is easily understood by business users
